REPRESENTATIVES OF PREMIUM BRAND
Produced in the process of distillation of various types of herbs, mainly flowers and leaves of wormwood and anise, with the addition of fennel, hyssop and others.
This is a premium product, natural, produced in special technology, without the addition of artificial colourings. At the bottom of every bottle we find the fruits of coriander which further strengthen its original character without affecting the flavour.
Absinthe de Moravie
Absinthe De Moravia is a blend of herbs and anise with fennel, hyssop and others. The bottle contains fruits of anise and fennel. Absinthe De Moravie is naturally green and containsthujone that may cause psychoactive reactions.
Czech Absinthe Couperoseeis produced in the process of distillation of various types of herbs, mainly flowers and leaves of wormwood and anise, with the addition of fennel, hyssop and others. Absinthe Couperoseof unusually fiery red colour is the symbol of Youth, Strength and Singularity . The concentration of 10 mg/kg of thujonemay cause psychoactive reactions. Absinthe Couperose is commonly called the Red Fairy.
Woodford Reserve Distillers Select
It is hand-madebouron using traditional methods and recipes of the distillery. It matures for about seven years, and each bottle is accompanied by its own number and the signature of Chris Morris,the master of distillation. Thanks to three time distillationin copper alembics the bourbon has a distinct sweet toffee taste interweaving with the sharpness of pepper. The finish has a very crisp and clean taste of sweetness with an extra touch of white pepper.
Bourbon produced from corn, barley and rye. It matures for a period of four years in fresh oak barrels previously burnt from the inside giving it a delicate accents of vanilla and caramel.
The aroma: sweet aroma of vanilla and caramel.
The flavour: almonds, bread and black pepper.
Next to corn and barley malt the formula has wheat instead of rye giving it far milder character. The noticeable flavour of vanilla with peach and a definite hint of honey with a faint touch of tobacco. The long velvetyfinish offers the battle of oak and caramel on the palate.
The name of the bourbon refers to a creek flowing south from the distillery. Knob Creek has been compiled of the 9-year-old distillates aging in new burnt barrels. The bourbon label looks like a piece of a newspaper.
Bulleit bourbon is marked by the aroma of rye grain and wood barrels. The flavour has noticeable corn, oak and non-dominant mint. It has a consistent finish of a sweet expression.
Torre Jaime I. Reserva de la Familia 30 yo
Gleams with dark clear copper colour with golden glass tint. We can identify aromas of spices: vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. In the background the air renews with the aroma of marzipan, marmalade and chocolate. The bottle of Torres Jaime I has been designed in the shape of a corkscrew.
Suau 50 yo
Suau 50 Years Old ReservaPrivadaBrandy is produced in Mallorca in a very limited amount. This ingenuous drink may compete with the high quality cognacs. Very elegant on the palate melts in the mouth and warms from the inside.
Suau 25 yo
Owing to the long aging period it has the flavour which provides pleasant sensations. It matures peacefully away from aromas and noises as the place where the barrels are kept is separated from the rest of the world with a 1.8 m thick wall.
Suau 15 yo
Suau 15 years old brandy is a premium product. Its colour is deep amber with light copper reflections. It offers a well-balanced aroma of the oak barrel and the distillate. Its flavour is sweetish, fruity, with oak and vanilla notes. The finish slightly spicy and quite long.
Metaxa 7 *
Metaxa is enriched with herbal extracts, including anise and the distillate of rose petals. It owes its aroma to aging in French Limousin oak barrels. Having matured for 7 years it is excellent for sipping on its own or in cocktails.
Metaxa 5 *
Metaxa 5 *is the variety of brandy combined with a touch of special Muscat wine coming from Greece. It has a deep honey colour and a smooth fruity soft and slightly oaky flavour. The recipe was developed in 1888 by a merchant Spirosa Metaxasa.
Metaxa 12 *
Metaxa belongs to the family of classic Greek Metaxa brandy. Twelve stars mean that its distillates have been maturing for twelve years.
Very smooth German brandy made of French wine double distilled and maturing in Limousine oak barrels, with an excellent aroma and the notes of ripe plums, green nuts, almonds, and very soft sweet flavour with a distinct golden colour. Perfect for all kinds of long drinks and cocktails.
Calvados Papidoux XO
It is a very aromatic drink with noticeable dried fruit, honey and a slight hint of oak. Papidoux, like cognac, has the cider distilled twice.
Calvados ages in oak barrels for a minimum of 8 years which it owes its beautiful dark gold colour to. It is most often served as an aperitif or at the end of the meal as a digestive.
Calvados Papidoux VSOP
Excellent dry French brandy characterized by the dry fruity flavour (apple) and a characteristic bouquet of apple.
Calvados Papidoux Fine
Papidoux Fine is a French brandy made of selected varieties of apples. It is a very aromatic drink with noticeable dried fruit, honey and a slight hint of oak.
Produced probably as a cognac Papidouxhas the cider distilled twice.
Calvados ages in oak barrels for about 6 – 10 years which it owes its beautiful golden colour to. Most often it is served as an aperitif or at the end of the meal as a digestive.
